We start with a complete physical, nutritional and lifestyle assessment. We work with you to build a complete understanding your strengths/weaknesses,your limitations, interests and preferences in order to design a workout and nutritional plan according to your needs and tastes.
Once a program has been developed, deliver your new training system by bringing the gym home through live training services. You will be able to work out in the comfort of your own home or office. We bring all the equipment you need for a fun and effective session.
Some furniture orstructures can also be incorporated into your training.
The personal training session lasts one hour and the number of sessions are determined by your goals and evaluation made at our first meeting. We take measurements and regularly track your progress.
Adjustments and corrections will be made periodically as you get stronger and comfortable with the workouts. In some cases more demanding routines will be added!
The price is determined by number and duration of sessions per week, along with the complexity of the program developed.

Exercising with a group of friends (or strangers soon to become friends!), is fun and challenging at the same time.
The energy is motivating and knowing that others are participating can give you just the right amount of accountability to keep going!
This type of training is focused on all muscle groups,with a good deal cardiovascular work, along with endurance, agility and strength work. Get ready to sweat!
We work with maximum 8 people per group ( must be 16 years or older). Each is evaluated at the beginning and at the end of the session in order to monitor progress and celebrate achievements!
The price is determined by number of people as well as the number of session per week.

Virtual Training last 1 hour and we can use Skype or Face Time.
Before starting the program, we still perform an evaluation trough forms sent by email and a initial consultation happening through video conferencing.
The workouts will be sent in advance amd exercises will be demostrated one by one to ensure proper implementation.
The price for this modality will be defined by the number of training sessions per week. The primary requirement is to have unlimited internet access.
